Main improvements

Added the "energy_state_panel" dataset to load_epe, with yearly energy production by source and state (2011-2024), based on EPE's Balanço Energético Nacional (Chapter 8 - State Data)

Deprecated load_datasus(). All health datasets have been migrated to the new datazoom.saude package (beta version available)

Updated load_prodes to support newer data and full raster downloads
Updated load_epe following changes in the EPE data structure, including the split of energy_consumption_per_class into industrial_energy_consumption and consumer_energy_consumption

load_population: Population data by municipality, including both the population measured by the Census and yearly estimates
load_censoagro: Data from the Census of Agriculture, including land use, ownership, and agricultural production

Added the "energy_enterprises_distributed" dataset to load_aneel, with data on smal generators
Updated load_mapbiomas to the Collection 8 data, with both new and reformed datasets
Updated load_ips to include 2023 data

Added a citation template for work using the package, which is printed upon loading
Removed the load_cipo function
