climateR - climateR v0.0.3

• Grid definition is now handled once on my end and stored as a package data source
• Downloads are sped up using the foreach, parallel and doParallel workflow
• More functions are exported for public use including TerraClim, Daymet, and CHIRPS
• Extraction by point is now offered
• Many utility functions have been removed as they are now obsolete
