FSAdata - Released v0.4.1 to CRAN

Fixed FSAdata-package \alias problem with the "manual approach" (i.e., adding a specific @aliases FSAdata-package line to FSAdata.R) suggested in an e-mail from Kurt Hornik on 19-Aug-2023, fixed problems with CITATION file, and fixed some URL problems.

FSAdata - Released v0.4.0 to CRAN

This release added a pkgdown site, created links to relevant CSV files in the data's documentation, fixed a note on CRAN, and made other minor (mostly grammatical or typographical) corrections. This is the first release maintained by fishR Core Team, so we bumped the minor version number.
