• Modify Indonesia coal consumption to increase by 33.3% from 2021 to 2022 not 60%
• Add OMI SO2, extended with flaring volume, for three additional countries.
• Fixed dip in Russia flaring intensity (2002-2003) by replacing with average FI
• Change India heavy oil S content to decrease more slowly after 2019
• Fix several small issues with SO2 non-ferrous metals
• Add print out of global emissions by sector and fuel in final output.
• Replaced oil production driver data for flaring with flaring volume composite data (combination of EI, World Bank, and flaring intensity using oil production)
• Update min EF pathways for road transport
• Update on-road diesel S standards
• Add new BC/OC residential-commercial EFs to match NEI. Add commercial cooking BC/OC from NEI, extended back to 1960
• Update US values to match 2023 EQUATES results
• Modifying India transport sector EF extension from 2020 to lower diesel NOx EF decline

• Updated US highway NOx inventory to match FIVE_based time series from 2002 - 2018
