ICAR - Version 2.1
This is the official release of version 2.1. MANY improvements over 2.0 are included, with numerous bugfixes, physics additions and enhancements, namelist and IO options and more.

ICAR - 2.0
This represents a reasonably stable version 2.0. Rapid ongoing development should lead to 2.1 "soon", and users are encourage to test the "develop" branch of the code.
Version 2.0 uses fortran coarrays to enable parallelization over 1000s of cores. The 2.0 release is still missing some functionality that was present in 1.0 (some physics options). 2.1 (in development) adds most options back, and many more. Most notably, the linear wind solution does not work correctly in 2.0, it is recommended that the physics wind option be set to 2 or 3 now. Work is in progress to re-introduce linear winds.
