Ocean-Data-Map-Project - plot loading fail patch

This is a quick fix for issue https://github.com/DFO-Ocean-Navigator/Ocean-Data-Map-Project/issues/105 . It should reduce the number of times the fail_image is rendered inappropriately. This does cause a new issue in that the loading wheel sometimes does not ever end (see bug ).

Ocean-Data-Map-Project - Bugfix: Fixed Area Stats and Class4

• Multiple variables for stats can be selected too. Initial stats table behaviour is now restored.

• StatsTable now uses a Bootstrap Table.

• Defined a theme-color in the manifest file for mobile devices.

• Refactored Class4 python function into 2 separate functions.

• Increased thread count for Crawl instance.

Ocean-Data-Map-Project - Side by side view with class4 window improvements

This is the first commit to be given a version on GitHub. V2.0.0 was the introduction of the side-by-side view there have been small fixes since then and this commit ( 0ceda3f ) has been deployed to the production server. The deployment involved some improvements so it has been labeled with the 2.1.0 version. versions should be tracked better from this point forward. using http://semver.org/ as a guide
