KSO - yolov5

This release contains a stable version of the repo that works together with Yolov5. From after this release, Yolov5 will not longer be supported and we will switch to start using Yolov8 instead. This release is made to have a version of the repo for users that want to keep working with Yolov5. The release is linked to the docker image 'yolov5', which can be found under packages.

The main contributors up to this point were: @jannesgg, @victor-wildlife and @Diewertje11.
