ITR-tool - v0.90-beta.4
There were a number of updates to the methdology paper v1.5 that were introduced during and after the public consultation. This release implements these changes. There is still some testing to be done for target selection of edge cases before final release. Also note that the automatic testing routines remain to be updated to v1.5.
