wind-up - v0.1.6

Attempt two at PyPi upload! v0.1.5 introduced a new package name, res-wind-up instead of wind-up, to workaround a name clash on PyPi. This caused a PackageNotFoundError error when importing wind_up. This is fixed in v0.1.6
