Release v0.1

This initial release introduces a first version of the model for the Walloon region, covering Wallonia, Flanders, and Brussels.

Features & Updates

• Added a custom bus shape for Belgium to cluster the model into three distinct regions.
• Added functionality to assign custom cost assumptions.
• Reduced the model scope to surrounding countries.
• Introduced a fix to assign generators more accurately within Belgium to the correct sub-region.
• Added benchmarking of model solving times (see README).
