Homeassistant E3DC Integration - 1.95-daly356 (test build for #356)

Test build for #356 — newer DALY firmware (DL/JHB prefix) GATT support.

Adds service 0000ff00 (ff01=notify / ff02=write) as a connection candidate, used when the legacy fff1 notify returns org.bluez.Error.NotPermitted.

Pre-release / not for general use. Built on top of the unreleased 1.94 crash fixes. Includes everything up to commit 17677ba.

Cannot be verified without the hardware — feedback welcome on #356, especially whether commands are accepted or the device disconnects (a different init sequence may still be needed).
