Hy2DL - Additional datasets are included

In this release, the library has new classes to read and process CAMELS-CH, CAMELS-DE and CARAVAN datasets. The code to calibrate conceptual models was also updated.

This release was also used to generate the results for the CAMELS-DE dataset: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12760336, accompanying the respective preprint.
