gw-conditions - Fix browser loading issues

Some users noted loading issues with browsers (see #71). We had some trouble recreating, but @hcorson-dosch was able to implement a fix that we thought would fix the issue (#72). We have pushed these changes to beta and after clearing caches, have confirmed with internal users who were seeing the loading issues that they are no longer an issue. We are tagging this release so that we can push these out to prod.
