bcgroundwater - bcgroundwater v1.0

All function names now lower_case
Minor changes to plot designs for gwl_monthly_plot & gwl_area_plot
make_well_ts now trims missing data at ends of time series before interpolation
Adds a new function get_gwl to download well data (including documentation)
Updates vignette to reflect all package changes
