climate4R - climate4R v2.5.3

This is the first release of the climate4R environment based entirely on conda packages. Note that the conda package is now named r-climate4r, to follow the common practice of prepending R packages by r- in conda. These two major installation changes motivated the change in the major version numbering, otherwise keeping the minor and patch sequence (to make clear that no major development in the underlying packages has occured).
