  parametre (roof, field, road, BIPV, ...)
• added area and fullLoadHours parameters to SearchAreaWind/Solar
• costInformation: splitted O_and_MCosts into
  fixedOperationalAndMaintenanceCosts and variable
  OperationalAndMaintenanceCosts; added MarginalCosts
• added StorageStrategy
• added residentialBuildingType parameter to AggregatedBuilding
• made difference between supplyTemperature and returnTemperature for
  HeatCommodity
• added CurtailmentStrategy
• added outputPressure for SMR and Electrolyzer
• added HOTEL to BuildingTypeEnum
• added floorArea to BuildingUnit
• added KPIs to Asset (especially meant for Buildings but other assets
  might have KPIs too)
• added id to KPIs and KPI classes
• replaced contour and location with geometry for Area
• added PVTInstallation
• added elevation to Point
• added minLoad, maxLoad, effMinLoad and effMaxLoad to Electrolyzer
• added BuildingUsage, WeekSchedule, DaySchedule, Event classes
• corrected UTES (potential) type
• added APPARTMENT in ResidentialBuildingEnum
• changed BEJAARD_ECHTPAAR naar SENIOREN
• added CRS to Geometry
• copied some parameters from Building to BuildingUnit and
  AggregatedBuilding
• added three new distributions for AggregatedBuilding
• added subtypes for KPIs
