dwd_weather - Map improvements

New Features

New image loop for precipitation

With this you can now have an image loop of the last hour of the precipitation radar so you can better estimate if its going to rain in the next minutes. You can configure how many images are shown and how quick the animation is played. You can add these charts to your dashboard like the other charts with a picture entity.

Map middle marker

Maps have now the option to display a cross in the middle of the map. This makes it easier to interpret your individually configured map windows.

Configuration options

It's now possible to edit maps after their initial configuration. Just click on the "CONFIGURE" button in the integration view.

dwd_weather - Adds weather maps

New feature

This release adds weather charts as camera entities. There are multiple options of data layers available. You can add the weather charts via the normal configuration.

dwd_weather - Big refactoring

Hi all,

I reworked most of the code to make the usage more straightforward. This also prepares the code base for a nice new feature, which will be released soon.

!!!Breaking Change

Unfortunately I had to change the way how IDs are generated, which causes the weather entity to be invalidated. You have to change existing configurations to the new entity. All sensors should remain working, as I was able to migrate them successfully.
Also the forecast format had to be changed due to a change in HA. This might break some of your configuration.

Changes in this release:

• For some stations actual measured values are now available, instead of forecasts only
• New configuration dialog, which makes it extremly easy to pick a station
• Option to update the weather forecast every hour
• Weather station and sensor values are now grouped in the frontend for easier configuration
• New forecast format according to changes in HA
• Fewer data fetches which results in lower data usage

This fixes #65 as pointed out by @andrekuehne.
The values reported were in kJ/m²/h contrary to what was displayed in the unit.

Beware: This will cause the reported values to drop by a factor of 3.6. Sorry for any inconveniences.

dwd_weather - Beta: Forecasted conditions are now an approximation to the "feeled" condition

Prior to this, only the worst conditions are choosen as the condition. Now it should be more to what one would say if presented with the raw forecast.
