The goal of `geohabnet` is to enable users to visualize a habitat\nconnectivity risk index using their own parameter values. The risk\nanalysis outputs 3 maps -\n\n1.  Mean habitat connectivity (based on a habitat connectivity index\n    defined by the user)\n\n2.  Difference in habitat connectivity\n\n3.  Variance in habitat connectivity\n\nThis package currently supports crop maps sourced from\n`geodata::monfredaCrops()` and `geodata::spamCrops()`. This analysis\nproduces the 3 maps listed above. There are multiple ways in which\nfunctions can be used - generate the final outcome and then the\nintermediate outcomes for more sophisticated use cases. The vignettes\nprovide several examples. The output values are propagated to other\nfunctions for performing operations such as distance matrix calculation.\nThe values are set in `parameters.yaml` and it can be accessed using\n`get_parameters()`.
